Terms of Service

By accessing or using the website, mobile applications, event platforms, member portals, QR check-in systems, or services of 100 Black Men of Las Vegas, Inc.
(“100BMLV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Organizational Purpose

100 Black Men of Las Vegas, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and educational opportunities for youth and communities through mentorship, education, health & wellness, and economic empowerment.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older unless participating in a supervised youth program.
Youth participants require parental or legal guardian consent.
Members and volunteers must comply with organizational bylaws, policies, and codes of conduct.

3. Use of Website, App, and Digital Platforms

You agree not to:

Use platforms for unlawful or harmful purposes
Access restricted or member-only areas without authorization
Misuse QR codes or attendance systems
Upload malicious software or disrupt services
Misrepresent affiliation with 100BMLV

4. Member-Only Portals

Certain areas are restricted to members in good standing. Members are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Access may be suspended due to non-payment of dues, policy violations, or misuse of systems.

5. QR Code Attendance & Check-Ins

QR codes may be used for attendance tracking at meetings, programs, and events.
Data collected may include name, member or participant ID, event name, and date/time.

QR data is used solely for attendance tracking, reporting, compliance, and internal analytics.
QR codes do not track location beyond event check-in.

6. Donations and Payments

All payments and donations are processed through third-party providers.
100BMLV does not store credit card or banking information.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Youth Programs & Mentoring

Participation by minors requires parental or legal guardian consent.
Mentoring is educational and supportive in nature and does not constitute
professional, legal, medical, or therapeutic services.

8. Media Release

By attending events or programs, participants grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings to be used for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes, unless an opt-out request is submitted in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and media are the property of 100 Black Men of Las Vegas, Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in programs and events is at your own risk.
100BMLV is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
